Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are generally processed within 1 business day. 

Orders placed before 11 am Pacific Time are processed the same day Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Our default method of shipping is United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Package Delivery. 2-3 days for delivery however USPS has been experiencing delivery delays Due to Covid-19.

Handling time: 2-3 business days.

Transit time in days: Monday - Friday

We ship to P.O. and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking number when the order is processed.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
