At Fitted Sport, we are committed to providing a reliable, transparent, and convenient shopping experience. Please review our shipping information before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays, after receiving your order confirmation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

During busy shopping periods, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas, processing or delivery may take longer due to increased order volume or shipping carrier delays.

If a significant delay affects your order, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you by email.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates

Fitted Sport currently ships within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination, order details, and available delivery services.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDERS OF $200 OR MORE

Eligible orders totaling $200 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping within the United States.

Shipping options and applicable charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. Delivery Estimates

Fitted Sport uses established shipping carriers, including the United States Postal Service (USPS), to deliver customer orders.

Available shipping services and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available.

Please note:

  • Order processing typically requires 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery transit time begins after your order has shipped.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

  • Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Weather conditions, holidays, and unexpected carrier disruptions may affect delivery times.

4. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We accept orders to eligible P.O. Box and APO/FPO military addresses when supported by the available shipping services.

Shipping availability and applicable charges are determined at checkout.

5. International Shipping

Fitted Sport currently ships only to eligible U.S. addresses.

International shipping is not available at this time.

We look forward to expanding our shipping services in the future.

6. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available through the carrier.

You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

7. Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our customer service team.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take care in preparing and packaging every Fitted Sport order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@fittedsport.com.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photographs of the damaged product and packaging, when available.

Our customer support team will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Fitted Sport offers a 30-day return policy with FREE return shipping on eligible purchases within the United States.
